Heshiha Jingmai 2005 (14g)
This is a traditionally made puerh tea. In the first few years of its development, it tasted green, bitter, and some subtle flavors. It was an easily forgettable tea. With time, it has been ageing into a tea with white flowers, fruits, honey, nuts, and sandelwood. It is transparent, vibrant, penetrating and medium-bodied. The finish is still compressed, which indicates there is still a lot to develop. Minerals show in later brews. As of now, the tea could easily stand 10 plus brews without loosing its flavors.
