Dayi 100 Years of Bittersweet 2011 (14g)

Dayi 100 Years of Bittersweet 2011 (14g)

The 100 Years of Bittersweet from Dayi has an aroma which is rich and focused. The broth tastes soft, clean, some smoke, earthy, sandalwood, sweet corncob, a hint of kumquat and aged flavors like wolfberry. Some subtle aged flavors show up in the early brews for that this tea is at the beginning of its secondary stage of development. The aftertaste is sweet and lingers in the mouth for a few minutes. Astringency is still quite a present here, but the tea is already much fun to drink now. By the depth and the awesome raw materials in the broth, it surely would age into a great tea in the future.
